Cancelation Policy

Cancelation or rescheduling of your appointment must occur at least 2 hours before the start time of the original booking. You can do this by logging in to “My Account” on our website, emailing INFO@STEPHENGREGORYSALON.COM, or calling the shop during business hours at 205-703-8076. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of the originally scheduled appointment value, due at your next appointment before service.
